We aim to a leading not-for-profit, non-governmental organization ensuring provision of health to the children with curable complex diseases. The aim is to improve the health of the child in a way that it has a positive impact on the life of children and their family. This will be achieved through a network of volunteers of medical and non medical backgrounds, working in liaison for health promotion and facilitation of advanced treatment.
Aim
Curative treatment of complex surgical pediatric diseases in resource-poor settings. ULPHAT for kids aims to identify medical ailments and facilitates provision of medical care to children and adolescents and to assist in the curative treatment of complex pediatric diseases in resource-poor settings in remote areas of Pakistan.
Objectives
- To provide treatment of complex pediatric diseases with a favorable outcome.
- To make an association of friends, doctors and donors across the entire country optimally facilitating children in their respective localities.
- Promote the concept of “own the child for medical treatment” for generating funds to facilitate treatment from beginning till end.
- Facilitate and oversee the implementation of the comprehensive, needsbased solutions in terms of medical facilities.
- Monetary solutions will aim to utilize institutional resources followed by donations.
- To undertake fundraising activities by direct mail, email, the website, and through group and personal solicitation.
